Live Jobs Handout
For our Professional and Premium ATS clients, we have a Live Jobs Handout feature that allows you to export your live vacancies to a PDF bulletin board and share with your employees.
From the top of the "Jobs" section in your ATS, click on the "Live Jobs Handout" button.
A pop up box will then appear where you can select two options:
"Email to Me" Option - This will automatically send an email to the user that you are logged in as with the handout attached.
"Email to Others" Option - You can manually enter the list of email addresses that you want to the handout to via email.
The email you receive will look like this:
The handout will be branded up for your organisation and will tell readers where to apply. It will also show the following information on all of your live roles:
- Vacancy Name
- Job Type
- Closing Date
Once you have the handout in your emails, you can download the PDF and print it out, so you may want to put it up on office notice boards, in staff rooms etc. You may also want to share the electronic version via your intranet or simply forward to team email addresses.
This feature is a great way to keep your employees up to date with current vacancies, not only giving them the chance to apply for another role within the business but they may be able to personally refer some external candidates too.
