Forwarding applicants to hiring managers
There are two ways the ATS will assist you in working with your hiring managers:
- Shortlisting applicants and inviting hiring managers into the ATS to review the details*
- Forwarding the details of applicants via email
*This requires your hiring manager portal to be enabled.
This page will show you how to forward applicant details to your hiring managers via email.
Forwarding a single application to yourself
You can easily forward an individual application to yourself by selecting the envelope icon in the top right hand corner (highlighted below).
You will receive an email like the one below which will contain the application form as a PDF document and their CV.
Forwarding multiple applications
You can forward multiple applications to any person via email by selecting the relevant applicants from the applicant list and then choosing the option at the centre of the top of the page "Send details via email".
Now you will see the send details window. Here you will notice options for:
1. How you want to send the details: The default option is as downloadable links, but you can change this to attachments or send as a zip file.
2. Select where you want to send these applicant details to.
3. The subject and message on the email you are about to send. You can edit this before you hit send.
You will then be asked if you want to change the status of the applicants to Shortlist. If you do, click Confirm. If you click close then the applicants will be changed to the status of "CV forwarded via email".
Below is an example of the email that is forwarded.
